Gurmat Sangeet (Kirtan) Classes

Learn kirtan in the traditional way, from Level 1 beginners through to Level 5 advanced performance.

Gurmat Sangeet Vidyala teaches devotional music in the Sikh tradition, from first notes to confident stage performance. Students progress through five structured levels, learning vocal kirtan alongside harmonium and traditional raag-based compositions.

Students perform regularly at Institute programmes and community events, building both skill and seva.

Entry criteria

Level 1 is open to everyone with no musical background required. Placement for higher levels follows a short assessment with the teacher.
