These terms apply to enrolment and study at the Institute of Sikh Studies New Zealand (ISSNZ). This is starter wording for the Institute to review and finalise. Replace with the approved policy text before launch.

Enrolment

By enrolling in a course you agree to attend classes, complete the required work, and follow the Institute’s policies and code of conduct.

Fees and payment

Course fees are shown on each course page. Fees are payable before the course start date unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Withdrawals and refunds

If you need to withdraw, please contact us as early as possible. Refund entitlements follow NZQA requirements for registered private training establishments and will be confirmed in writing.

Privacy

Personal information collected at enrolment is used only to deliver and administer your study, and is held in line with the Privacy Act 2020. See our privacy policy for details.

Changes

The Institute may update course schedules, venues or these terms. Enrolled students will be notified of any material change.
